What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days on orders over $500
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available in select areas

All orders are fully insured and include tracking information sent to your email.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the continental United States. International shipping to Canada and select countries is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All shipments are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately at support@thelawnmarket.com if you need to make changes.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We partner with Affirm to offer flexible financing on orders over $500. Choose from 3, 6, or 12-month payment plans at checkout. Approval is instant and won't affect your credit score.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Free return shipping is provided for defective items.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account, go to Order History, and click 'Request Return' next to the item. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email within 24 hours.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or model?

Yes! Contact us before returning and we'll arrange a direct exchange. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

What items cannot be returned?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened chemicals, fertilizers, or personalized/custom-ordered items. All other products are eligible for return within 30 days.
